How do we know what is included in the property we have booked?

On each property all the information you could need is underneath the description, from what's included in the kitchen to how the property is heated. 


Are your properties self catered?

Yes, all of the properties are self catering.

Nearest Supermarket and places to eat?

We have a section on our website that shows you what Rhayader has to offer.


How many does your properties sleep?

We have something for everyone. We have accommodation that sleeps 4 guests all the way up to 10.

How do we access the property?

You will arrive in reception which is sign posted to pick up your keys. 

Do you provide Towels and Bedding?

All of the properties will supply you with fresh linen. If you have added the towels package when booking then you will also have towels in the property. 


Do the properties come with parking?

Yes - all have on site parking next to the property.

How do I pay my balance? and when do I pay it?

The balance can be paid whenever you like. We will however send out a 'balance reminder' prior to your stay with a link to make payment. Full payments must be made six weeks prior to check in. 


How far in advance should we book? 

We recommend booking as soon as you can to get the dates you would like.


Do you have a minimum night stay?

Yes, our minimum night stay is 2 nights. 

What is your check-in and check-out times?

Check in is 4pm and checkout is 9.30am. 

What is your cancellation policy?
